Tour Pricing: $3,950.00 (U.S. dollars) per person includes all ground transportation to/from Heathrow Airport and in Britain, double occupancy accommodations, meals (breakfast and dinner), all site entrance fees, and facilitator and workshop fees (per itinerary). It is the individual’s sole responsibility to plan and pay for all air travel and related costs, such as travel insurance.

Cancellation Terms: Your deposit and payments are refundable until January 15th, minus a $200.00 cancellation fee. After January 15th, 2016, 50% of your deposit and payments will be refunded. After April 15th, 2016, we will not be able to offer any refunds.

Pilgrimage dates:

Arrive at Heathrow on the morning of July 29th, 2016

Depart Heathrow in the afternoon of August 9th, 2016


You must book your flight to depart your home airport on Thursday July 28th, 2016, and plan to arrive at Heathrow on the morning of Friday July 29th, 2016.


You must make sure you book your return flight on the afternoon of Tuesday August 9th, 2016. It is very important to book your departing flight, late in the afternoon, after 3 PM.


We will not be responsible for your transportation, if you’ve booked an early departure time

As a result, Hestia Enterprises LLC is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or any third party. Without limitation, Hestia Enterprises LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to person or property, death, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal, terrorist or threatened terrorist activities of any kind. Overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in lodging facilities (or in any heating, plumbing, electrical or structural problem therein), mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely, dangers associated with animals, sanitation problems, food poisoning, epidemics or the threat thereof, disease, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Hestia Enterprises LLC. Participant assumes all such risk. Hestia Enterprises LLC reserves the right to change or cancel the trip, the trip itinerary or any aspect of the trip at any time. Hestia Enterprises LLC reserves the right, up to the final payment date, to reschedule or cancel any trip that has an insufficient number of travelers registered for your trip. Full refunds will be honored. Payment of the required reservation fee/deposit constitutes consents to all provisions of these terms and conditions.


Note: it is each individual’s responsibility to obtain all necessary information concerning travel documents and entry requirements for each country of travel. All U.S. citizens are required to have a passport for travel outside USA, including Mexico and Canada and it must be valid for at least six months beyond the journey’s end date.
