Tour Pricing: $3,350.00 (U.S. dollars) per person includes all ground transportation to/from Heathrow Airport and in Britain, double occupancy accommodations, meals (breakfast and dinner), all site entrance fees, and facilitator and workshop fees (per itinerary). It is the individual’s sole responsibility to plan and pay for all air travel and related costs, such as travel insurance.

 

Payment Schedule: These retreats to Avalon, have sold out in the past, and the 2014  retreat is expected to sell out as well. As of January 15th, 2014 we have more individuals with an interest than we have spaces available so please book early to avoid disappointment.

 

A $1,000.00 deposit is required with your completed registration, in order to guarantee you a place on this amazing journey! Additional payments are due as follows:

Cancellation Terms: Your deposit is refundable until February 15th, 2014, minus a $200.00 cancellation fee. After February 15th, 2014, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. After April 15th, 2014, we will not be able to offer any refunds.

Airfare is not included with this proposed package. The pick-up and drop-off point is:

Heathrow International Airport.

 

Pilgrimage dates:

Arrive at Heathrow on the morning of July 11, 2014

Depart Heathrow in the afternoon of July 22, 2014

 

You must book your flight to depart your home airport on Thursday July 10th, 2014, and plan to arrive at Heathrow on the morning of Friday July 11th, 2014.

You must make sure you book your return flight on the afternoon of Tuesday July, 22nd, 2014. It is very important to book your departing flight, late in the afternoon, after 3 PM.

 

We will not be responsible for your transportation, if you’ve booked an early departure time

Real Journeys LLC, its affiliates, and their employees, officers, directors and shareholders (collectively, Real Journeys LLC) does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip, including, lodging facilities, airline, vessel, bus, taxi or other transportation companies,

Local ground tour operators, food service or entertainment providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, Real Journeys LLC is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or any third party. Without limitation, Real Journeys LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to person or property, death, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal, terrorist or threatened terrorist activities of any kind. Overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in lodging facilities (or in any heating, plumbing, electrical or structural problem therein), mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely, dangers associated with animals, sanitation problems, food poisoning, epidemics or the threat thereof, disease, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Real Journeys LLC. Participant assumes all such risk. Real Journeys LLC reserves the right to change or cancel the trip, the trip itinerary or any aspect of the trip at any time. Real Journeys LLC reserves the right, up to the final payment date, to reschedule or cancel any trip that has an insufficient number of travelers registered for your trip. Full refunds will be honored. Payment of the required reservation fee/deposit constitutes consents to all provisions of these terms and conditions.

 

Note: it is each individual’s responsibility to obtain all necessary information concerning travel documents and entry requirements for each country of travel. All U.S. citizens are required to have a passport for travel outside USA, including Mexico and Canada and it must be valid for at least six months beyond the journey’s end date.
